2. Warranty

OUST Inc. warranties its products against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If you have a problem with our products you can call OUST Inc. with your questions and ask to get a return authorization number before returning the product to OUST Inc. Customer pays for return postage. OUST Inc. does not accept return products without a return authorization number. After we receive the product it will be inspected by our quality control and you will be contacted with the results. if we find the product to be defective from the manufacturing process the product will be replaced and sent back to the customer freight prepaid by Oust Inc.

If for any reason we find that the product failure was caused by the customer you will be notified and asked if you want your product sent back to you freight collect or you want OUST Inc. to dispose of it.

All OUST Bearings come lubricated from the factory with ME-TOL Synthetic speed oil. All MOC Series bearings should be lubricated every 6 hours of use with ME-TOL Synthetic speed oil.

All warranty claims are at the sole discretion of our Quality Control team. Our goal is to honor legitimate warranty claims and replace defective products to our valued customers.

 

Covered by Oust Warranty:

*Manufacturers defect including materials (cages, races, balls) or workmanship

 

Not Covered by Oust Warranty:

*Water/Rust Damage

*Bent or damaged seals from improper installation/Tool damaged 

*Failure caused by improper cleaning/maintenance or disassembly

All returns must have an RMA #, Please contact us to received your RMA #.

 

Tracking must be provided with returns, Oust Inc is not responsible for lost return packages.
